Man gets beaten, cop who did it gets acquitted

This isn't right. The cop who did this should be in jail right now. I guess it's a good thing he's not, though, because he would probably be dead by now. And as far as the man cussing the cop, if someone was beating me with a baton, I probably would be too. The man wasn't 100% innocent, but he didn't deserve the beating he got, nor the cover-up attempt by the cops.
