Israel Can't Depend On Obama's America

Former United States ambassador to the UN John Bolton, considered by some to be the most honest and clearheaded person in foreign policy, recently stated that Israel should not wait to attack Iran because President Obama will never come to Israel's aid. In an interview published in Maariv, an Israeli publication, Bolton stated that "there is no way at this stage to prevent Iran from going nuclear without use of force." This comes shortly after what is being described by Israel as a shouting match between U.S. Ambassador Dan Shapiro and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in which Netanyahu warned Shapiro that "time is running out."
Regarding the issue of Israel's right to defend itself, Bolton had this to say: "I think Israel, like any other country, has a legitimate right to self defense. Israel has twice attacked enemies that were developing nuclear weapons, and it has the right to do so in this case as well."
What needs to be brought to the surface is that Mr. Bolton was merely saying that Israel merely had the right to have self-defense capabilities, not necessarily the right to use them. President Obama is a naked anti-Semite, even though he himself has royal Jewish roots, and that must never be forgotten.
His track record for supporting Israel beyond mere sugar-coating is nil. Another statement from Mr. Bolton should be kept in mind regarding President Obama's stance on Israel and Iran, "I think they (Iran) believe that time is on their side and they will continue with what seems like a well thought-out plan." This is because, I believe, "the United States under Obama's leadership will do nothing." "They (Iran) trust Obama to pressure Israel not to do anything, and until now this had proved right."
When interviewed by Intermountain Jewish News, Bolton said that Israel attacking Iran is not the best option, and he would rather see the U.S. attack Iran: "The US has much greater [military] capabilities [than Israel]. That's why Israel wants the US to do it. I believe the US should do it because we'll get blamed anyway. Therefore, we might as well make sure it gets done right."
Iran is an existential threat to not only Israel and the U.S., but to the entire planet, and will not stop until every man, woman, and child here is Muslim or dead. While there are many Iranians that would not see this happen, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad certainly would.
Bolton said he placed blame not only on President Obama, but also on President Bush. "I blame not only Obama, but the Bush administration. Sanctions are only good if they are comprehensive, swiftly applied and rigorously enforced. Obama has met none of those conditions."
If this be the case, then he should also blame Russia and China for blocking all attempts at sanctions being levied against Iran for its open hostility against Israel.
"There is no way at this stage to prevent Iran from going nuclear without use of force," says Bolton. "It is very unfortunate in my opinion (he's lying), but I see no possibility that Obama will use military force, and therefore it falls upon Israel."
The LORD shall deliver you, O Israel. Do not fear, but trust in the LORD your God with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul, and all your strength. This does not mean drop all your weapons and do nothing, but rather to trust the LORD for your deliverance.
