Fw: VICTORY: Jack Phillips wins at CO Supreme Court

Support the continued fight for free speech

Jack Phillips' Case Is Over—the Stand for Free Speech Continues

Jack's legal case in Colorado is over—finally. Thanks be to God!

After a third lawsuit targeting the Colorado cake artist, the state Supreme Court dismissed the case against him.

It's been a long road. Jack has been standing for his free speech rights—and yours—for more than a decade and in three separate court cases.

In this most recent case, an activist tried to force him to create a cake celebrating a gender transition, in violation of Jack's religious beliefs.

But Jack stood firm. His third lawsuit is his third legal victory. Praise God! Thank you for your generosity and prayers. None of this would have been possible without the support of faithful friends like you.

It has been our team's honor to defend Jack—he's remained kind, gracious, and courageous despite the hardships he's faced. Thank you so much for standing alongside him, Marshall.

And while we celebrate this outcome, the work is far from over.

Every day, opponents of freedom continue to try to silence you and strip away your right to live and speak according to your beliefs. And if Jack's cases are any indication, they're willing to go to extreme lengths to do it.

We're continuing to stand for your rights, with the help of partners like you.

Your gift today makes a profound impact in helping defend your First Amendment freedoms against these efforts and preserve your right to speak freely—now and for generations to come.

When you give now, your gift will be DOUBLED, dollar for dollar while funds last, thanks to a limited-time matching grant.
