I am urging all citizens of the U.S. to email their Senators and ask them to vote against H.R. 7757, the so-called KIDS Act. As some of you may be aware, this bill was fast-tracked through the House of Representatives to vote. According to House rules, a fast-track requires a two-third majority vote to suspend normal procedures. This, in my opinion, suggests bribery on a massive scale. I do not have proof that bribes have taken place, but considering it is a bi-partisan bill and received a fast-track vote, I can only believe that bribery has taken place.
While this bill may be marketed toward keeping our children safe, it is only about increased government surveillance in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America and converts the United States to a de facto slave state. These may be only two of the violations found in this bill. Pile this on top of the already abysmal number of laws, rules, and regulations, and you have a group of people that want you to be their slaves and are working very hard to keep you from seeing the truth.
Below is a pre-form letter you can use to write your Senators and ask them to vote no on H.R. 7757:
Dear Senator <name>,
My name is <Your Name>. I am a legal resident of the State of <Your State>. I am sending this email asking you to vote "No" on H.R. 7757, the so-called KIDS Act.
Although this bill is being marketed towards the safety of children, the reality of it is a violation of the rights of <Your State> citizens, and all American citizens, as guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Requiring all persons to submit to age verification before use of social media technology is a violation of the Fourth Amendment: "THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSONS, houses, papers, and effects, AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHED AND SEIZURES, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
In addition, as I am sure you are aware, H.R. 7757 was fast-tracked through the house. While I do not have direct proof, I can only believe this was done because at least 2/3 of the total body of the House of Representatives were promised some sort of compensation in exchange for their vote. This is bribery, and illegal. It steals the rights of the people to proper representation in Congress and introduces a quasi-slave state (which was outlawed by the 13th and 14th Amendments) in that the rights of the people are being sold for some monetary or other form of compensation.
The above being said, I am sure that a closer reading would reveal more violations against the people of the State of <Your State> and the United States of America. I urgently request that you do what is right and vote against H.R. 7757.
