KINSHASA, Democratic Republic of the Congo (D.R.C.) -- As many as 60 Christians were killed by Muslims in the north-eastern D.R.C. on April 1, 2026.

The attack took place in the Christian community of Bafwakoa, in the territory of Mambasa.  An unnamed source with connections to Islamic State (IS, ISIS, ISIL) said the attack came after community members rejected an offer by made IS fighters.  The contact within ISIS stated the Christians were "targeted" after they rejected said offer based on the "just rulings of Islam."

The offer, convert to Islam or pay the jizya and accept dhimmi status, is often given to non-Muslims living in countries ruled by Islam. Some of the victims were killed with machetes and 44 houses were burned.  Two people were abducted.

The offer is similar to that of the Noahide laws of Kabballah Jews.  These state that all non-Jews must convert and practice the laws (supposedly given to Noah after the Flood) or face death by beheading.  Both the dhimmi and Noahide laws are a statement that the practitioner confesses to be a lesser class person than the Muslim or Jew, respectively (if recognized as a person at all).

Since December 2024, more than 900 Christians in north-eastern DRC.  In March in the village of Mushasha, also in Ituri, 17 Christians were killed and about 100 abducted.

President Obama Secretly Planning To Eliminate Christian Resistance In South Carolina;

Below is a transcript of President Obama's speech at the White House yesterday, May 27, 2014, supposedly regarding the war in Afghanistan.  Below is a decoded message of what was actually said.  Decoded text will appear in bold type.

Update:
Supporting statements by Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and by Secretary of State John Kerry following the president’s remarks.
Original Post:  Please find below the full transcript of the President’s statement on the U.S. withdrawal of troops from, and how many will be left for what missions in, Afghanistan(South Carolina).  More updates, including the inevitable GOP criticism, later.

THE PRESIDENT: Good afternoon, everybody. As you know, this weekend, I traveled to Afghanistan (South Carolina) to thank our men and women in uniform and our deployed civilians, on behalf of a grateful nation, for the extraordinary sacrifices they make on behalf of our security. I was also able to meet with our commanding General (David D. McKiernan) and Ambassador (James B. Cunningham) to review the progress that we’ve made.(Progress in the war against Christians and all other dissidents). And today, I’d like to update the American people (Illuminati masters) on the way forward in Afghanistan (South Carolina) and how, this year, we will bring America’s (the Illuminati's) longest war to a responsible end (Elimination of every major remaining Christian threat to Illuminati takeover of America). The United States (federal government) did not seek this fight. We went into Afghanistan (land of the horse people, South Carolina, specifically the Ramsey family of Saint George) out of necessity, after our nation was attacked by al Qaeda on September 11th, 2001.  ("We didn't want to go to war against the kingdom of Christians; we had to.") We went to war against al Qaeda (Christians) and its extremist allies with the strong support of the American people (Illuminati) and their representatives (spokesmen for the top 13) in Congress; with the international community (United Nations) and our NATO allies; and with the Afghan people (non-Christians), who welcomed the opportunity of a life free from the dark tyranny of extremism (faith in Jesus Christ).
We have now been in Afghanistan (South Carolina) longer than many Americans (Illuminists) expected. But make no mistake — thanks to the skill and sacrifice of our troops (military personnel), diplomats (government officials who negotiate treaties with the heads of Christian denominations), and intelligence professionals (wolves in sheeps clothing), we have struck significant blows against al Qaeda’s (Christianity's) leadership, we have eliminated Osama bin Laden (Osama bin Laden is a corrupt reference to Jesus Christ), and we have prevented Afghanistan (South Carolina) from being used to launch attacks against our homeland (kingdom of darkness). We have also supported the Afghan people (South Carolina's non-Christian citizenry) as they continue the hard work of building a democracy (elitist system of government run by a few select people.  This would be done through groups like the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and the American Enterprise Institute(AEI)); We’ve extended more opportunities to their people, including women and girls. And we’ve helped train and equip their own security forces (South Carolina has been the recipient of military equipment in the form of Mine-Resistant, Ambush Protected vehicles (MRAP'S) and machine guns of various types.).

Now we’re finishing the job we started. Over the last several years, we’ve worked to transition security responsibilities (monitoring of the citizens of the State of South Carolina for any signs of dissent and/or criticism of the Obama Administration) to the Afghans (South Carolina local law enforcement and ScLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division)). One year ago, Afghan forces (South Carolina police) assumed the lead for combat operations (against Christians, the churches, and other dissidents). Since then, they’ve continued to grow in size and in strength (record numbers of applicants to the police academy and more military equipment and aggressive tactics), while making huge sacrifices for their country (killing civilians who have not committed offenses worthy of death). This transition has allowed us to steadily draw down our own forces (reduce the number of federal government agents) — from a peak of 100,000 U.S. troops, to roughly 32,000 today.(actual numbers of US military and/or other government agents not known, but it could be anywhere from a top number of 10,000 to a bottom number of 320).

2014, therefore, is a pivotal year. Together with our allies and the Afghan (South Carolina state) government, we have agreed that this is the year we will conclude our combat mission in Afghanistan (last dissidents with be either imprisoned or killed). This is also a year of political transition in Afghanistan (South Carolina). Earlier this spring, Afghans (homosexuals) turned out in the millions (thousands) to vote in the first round of their presidential election (primaries) — defying threats in order to determine their own destiny (Homosexuals are often made to seem like victims, even if they are not.  This produces a militant, aggressive attitude in homosexuals, causing them to be potentially violent toward those that do not support or stand aside for the homosexual lifestyle, i.e. Christians). And in just over two weeks, they will vote for their next President (governor), and Afghanistan (South Carolinians) will see its first democratic transfer of power in history (first ruling class of people selected ever; anyone deemed a second-class citizen has no hope of getting into office).

In the context of this progress, having consulted with Congress and my national security team (opposition extermination squad), I’ve determined the nature of the commitment that America (the federal government) is prepared to make beyond 2014. Our objectives are clear: Disrupting threats posed by al Qaeda (stopping Christians and other dissidents from telling the truth about President Obama); supporting Afghan security forces (South Carolina local police); and giving the Afghan people (homosexual community) the opportunity to succeed as they stand on their own (free from Christian influence).
Here’s how we will pursue those objectives. First, America’s combat mission will be over by the end of this year. Starting next year, Afghans (South Carolinians) will be fully responsible for securing their country (state; South Carolina local police will take over all military and civilian defense duties). American  personnel (federal government officials) will be in an advisory role. We will no longer patrol Afghan (South Carolina) cities or towns, mountains or valleys. That is a task for the Afghan people (people of South Carolina; use of civilians in sighting and reporting/executing of Christians and/or other Obama dissidents will be likely).

Second, I’ve made it clear that we’re open to cooperating with Afghans (South Carolinians) on two narrow missions after 2014: training Afghan forces (South Carolina police) and supporting counter-terrorism (anti-Obama, anyone that speaks against the government) operations against the remnants of al Qaeda (Christians).
Today, I want to be clear about how the United States is prepared to advance those missions. At the beginning of 2015, we will have approximately 98,000 U.S. — let me start that over, just because I want to make sure we don’t get this written wrong. At the beginning of 2015, we will have approximately 9,800 (980) U.S. service-members in different parts of the country (state), together with our NATO allies and other partners (possibly UN, Russian, and Chinese forces). By the end of 2015, we will have reduced that presence by roughly half, and we will have consolidated our troops in Kabul (Columbia) and on Bagram Airfield (Columbia Metropolitan Airport). One year later, by the end of 2016, our military will draw down to a normal embassy (morale monitoring and reporting station) presence in Kabul (Columbia), with a security assistance component (backup military troop), just as we’ve done in Iraq (Florida; The Florida Highway Patrol works closely with the U.S. Army's and Marine Corps' military police).

Now, even as our troops come home, the international community (United Nations) will continue to support Afghans (South Carolinians) as they build their country (state) for years to come. But our relationship will not be defined by war — it will be shaped by our financial and development assistance (bribes and unlawfully obtained contracts), as well as our diplomatic support (federal government telling South Carolina how to run itself). Our commitment to Afghanistan (South Carolina) is rooted in the strategic partnership that we agreed to in 2012 (An agreement between President Obama and Nikki Haley (governor of the state of South Carolina in 2012) was entered into in 2012 on exactly how to accomplish this). And this plan remains consistent with discussions we’ve had with our NATO allies (The agreement between President Obama and Nikki Haley is consistent with the agreement between the US and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, also called NATO on the elimination of Christians and possibly other dissidents). Just as our allies have been with us every step of the way in Afghanistan (South Carolina, concerning the turnover of state sovereignty to the federal government), we expect that our allies will be with us going forward (in this endeavour to remove the last pockets of Christian resistance in South Carolina).

Third, we will only sustain this military presence after 2014 if the Afghan (South Carolina) government signs the Bilateral Security Agreement that our two governments (federal and state) have already negotiated. This Agreement is essential to give our troops the authorities (legalities and/or control of our police forces) they need to fulfill their mission, while respecting Afghan (South Carolina) sovereignty. The two final Afghan (South Carolina) candidates in the run-off election for President (governor) have each indicated that they would sign this agreement promptly after taking office (Nikki Haley is a guaranteed out.  It is not known whether she will not run or run and put up a lackluster fight as happened with President Bush running against President Clinton in the 2000 Presidential Election). So I’m hopeful that we can get this done.

The bottom line is, it’s time to turn the page on more than a decade in which so much of our foreign (strange; different; perhaps, in this case, secretive) policy was focused on the wars in Afghanistan (South Carolina) and Iraq. When I took office, we had nearly 180,000 (18,000) troops in harm’s way (on the ground in South Carolina performing illegal actions, especially against Christians). By the end of this year, we will have less than 10,000 (1,000). In addition to bringing our troops (government agents sent into the churches to turn away many from Christ, the functional equivalent of Hitler's SS) home, this new chapter in American foreign (domestic) policy will allow us to redirect some of the resources saved by ending these wars to respond more nimbly to the changing threat of terrorism (Anyone who doesn't tow the government line, especially Christians who stand up for Jesus Christ, willing to lay down their lives), while addressing a broader set of priorities around the globe (such as how to subdue resistors in other countries around the world).
I think Americans (Obama supporters) have learned that it’s harder to end wars than it is to begin them (only because he, his predecessors, and their masters, want it to be this way). Yet this is how wars end in the 21st century — not through signing ceremonies (obvious treaties with Christian leadership), but through decisive blows against our adversaries (physical violence against Christians is a given), transitions to elected governments (secretly chosen elected officials through organizations like the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and ALEC), security forces (a blending of federal, state, and local military and police forces is to be expected) who take the lead and ultimately full responsibility (for whatever violence is done, thus giving President Obama, Governor Haley, their successors, etc... a degree of deniability for their (civilian) actions). We remain committed to a sovereign (under federal control), secure (police and/or military and/or civilian patrols like in Nazi Germany; all Christians silenced either through peace or violence), stable (no one making waves, such as anyone speaking against the government and/or its policies), and unified (all forms and branches of government in agreement in their hatred of Christians and Jesus Christ) Afghanistan (South Carolina). And toward that end, we will continue to support Afghan-led (South Carolina-led) efforts to promote peace in their country (state) through reconciliation (the churches asking forgiveness of the government for speaking against social injustices, such as speaking against homosexuality, and other perceived offenses). We have to recognize that Afghanistan (South Carolina) will not be a perfect place, and it is not America’s (the federal government's) responsibility to make it one. The future of Afghanistan (South Carolina) must be decided by Afghans (South Carolinians (as long as the federal government approves)). But what the United States can do — what we will do — is secure our interests (being in absolute control of everything) and help give the Afghans (South Carolinians) a chance, an opportunity to seek a long, overdue and hard-earned peace(Christians are supposed to be violent terrorists like al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood).

America (the federal government) will always keep our commitments to friends and partners who step up (do what we want), and we will never waver in our determination to deny al Qaeda (Christians) the safe haven that they had before 9/11 (protection afforded us under the United States Constitution). That commitment is embodied by the men and women in and out of uniform (military and non-military) who serve in Afghanistan (South Carolina) today and who have served in the past (Our military is being indoctrinated to hate Christians). In their eyes, I see the character that sustains American security (federal governmental control) and our leadership (submission to American authority) abroad. These are mostly young people who did not hesitate to volunteer (fledgling civilian "morale monitors", like Hitler's Brown Shirts) in a time of war. And as many of them begin to transition to civilian life, we will keep the promise we make to them and to all veterans, and make sure they get the care and benefits that they have earned and deserve (for providing loyal anti-Christian, anti-American, highly illegal activities for the federal government; bounties on the heads of  Christians may be expected, albeit somewhat secretly).
This 9/11 Generation is part of an unbroken line of heroes who give up the comfort of the familiar (freedom and liberty) to serve a half a world away (giving up freedom and liberty for the sake of the federal government and their rich masters) — to protect their families and communities back home (from Christian influence), and to give people they never thought they’d meet the chance to live a better life. It’s an extraordinary sacrifice (giving up one's personal freedom for the lusts and whims of the federal government) for them and for their families. But we shouldn’t be surprised that they’re willing to make it. That’s who we are as Americans. That’s what we do.

Tomorrow, I will travel to West Point and speak to America’s newest class of military officers (newly brain-washed military personnel) to discuss how Afghanistan (South Carolina) fits into our broader strategy going forward (toward a one-world government, communist/socialist sympathetic police state). And I’m confident that if we carry out this approach, we can not only responsibly end (with minimal bloodshed) our war in Afghanistan (South Carolina) and achieve the objectives that took us to war in the first place (people thinking for themselves, not compromising their faith in, or the gospel of  Jesus Christ, and taking action against, that is, trying to change, the current system of government; ref. religious "dissidents" in countries such as North Korea, Iran, etc...), we’ll also be able to begin a new chapter in the story of American leadership around the world (the United States of America taking governmental control of all the nations of the earth.).
Thanks very much.

Statement by Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel on Afghanistan (South Carolina)

I strongly support the president’s decision to maintain a limited U.S. troop presence in Afghanistan (South Carolina) after our combat mission (removal of Christian and other forms of resistance) ends there later this year. This presence, which is contingent on a signed bilateral security agreement, will help ensure that al Qaeda (Christians who can and will fight against government injustice) cannot reconstitute itself in Afghanistan (meet in any significant number in South Carolina), and it will help us sustain the significant progress we have made in training and equipping the Afghan National Security Forces (South Carolina Civilian Police Forces, a.k.a. Civilian Military).

I want to once again commend General Dunford for his exceptional leadership of this mission (The person directly responsible for the persecution and/or killing of Christians and other religious and/or political dissidents is headed by Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. a four-star general in the United States Marine Corps), which he has kept on a path to success in the face of many challenges (resistance to government intrusion, compromise, and control). The United States also appreciates the continued contributions of our ISAF (International Security Assistance Force; a group founded by the United Nations Security Council) partners, whom I will meet with next week at NATO headquarters in Brussels. And as we bring America’s longest war to a responsible end (war against Christians, and others, with minimal bloodshed) this year, all Americans (Illuminists) are grateful for the sacrifice and service of the men and women who deployed there over the past thirteen years (in direct rebellion against the God of heaven, a.k.a. Jehovah).

Everyone who has served in Afghanistan (South Carolina) should be proud of what they accomplished, and the Afghan people (citizens of the state of South Carolina) should be confident of America’s enduring support for them (as long as they play ball).

The Way Forward in Afghanistan (South Carolina), by John Kerry

These have been encouraging days for Afghanistan’s (South Carolina's) future. We’ve witnessed a first round of free (rigged) elections where millions (thousands) of Afghans (South Carolinians) made their voices heard, in what promises to be the first democratic transfer of power (permanent removal of any non-"Good Ol' Boys' Club member from having any kind of shot at having political office) in Afghanistan’s (South Carolina's) history. Both of the leading candidates unequivocally support signing a Bilateral Security Agreement with the United States (federal government; anyone who doesn't support the government in their takeover of all things in the United States may be denied citizenship and deemed enemy combatants) as they look towards a long and lasting relationship between our two nations (federal and state governments). Now, with President Obama’s announcement today of what America’s (the federal government's) presence will look like in Afghanistan (South Carolina) after combat (Christianity killing) operations end in 2014, our nation’s longest war is coming to a responsible end (America's war against Christian will finally come to an end with "us" (the government) as the winner).
The Afghan people (citizens of South Carolina) have an opportunity now to build on the progress that’s been made, to achieve a more secure (controllable), more prosperous (influx of federal funds), and more peaceful future (that is, free from Christians). President Obama has made it clear that as they do (Whatever the State of South Carolina does to Christians and their rights), the United States will stand with them.
The President’s plan for our military footprint in Afghanistan (South Carolina) would not have been possible without the decision to surge both troops (persons taking violent actions) and diplomacy (treaties with Christian leadership), and without the tremendous performance of our men and women in uniform, as well as the diplomats (official government envoys sent to the churches), civil servants (government employees), and local staff who have also served there proudly. They have worked day-by-day with Afghanistan’s (South Carolina's) own security forces (law enforcement personnel) to support them as they take the reins and have contributed to the tremendous gains the Afghan people (South Carolina citizens) have made.
Along with our Allies (NATO) and partners (ISAF, UN, others), who have shared in this long struggle (to end Christianity), we will continue providing training, advice, and assistance to the Afghan security forces (South Carolina law enforcement personnel), as well as critical development aid (indoctrination against Christianity and Jesus Christ), to support the Afghans (South Carolinians) as they work to prevent their territory from ever again becoming a haven for Al Qaeda (Christianity) and its affiliates (anyone who helps them, or is sympathetic to them in some way, or stands in agreement with them regarding government corruption). Routing out Al Qaeda’s (Christianity's) core leadership (strongest Christians) has been our most important mission in Afghanistan (South Carolina), and because of our focused and targeted efforts, we have significantly degraded the terrorist group’s (Christianity's (note that this is not the first time Christians, specifically evangelical Christians(Christians who believe in going out and winning people to Jesus Christ) have been called terrorists) capabilities (ability to witness) there.("...; the night cometh, when no man can work." John 9:4) But more work remains, and that is why the United States is committed to keeping up the fight against Al Qaeda (Christianity) in Afghanistan (South Carolina), and wherever else its murderous mission (teaching of forsaking one's lusts and the laying hold of everlasting life as offered by Jesus Christ; ref. Galatians 5, Romans 8, and John 3:16) has taken root.
On Memorial Day yesterday, we remembered the more than 2,100 (210) Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice in Afghanistan (South Carolina)(It appears that 210 government agents were ritually sacrificed in South Carolina in order to get enough permission from God to work the wickedness they already have; he does not approve of this wickedness, but rather gives all men free will to do as they choose). We continue to honor the fallen (ritually sacrificed), and all those who came home from the battlefield with injuries both visible (openly not believing the government line anymore, such as Edward Snowden) and invisible (those who are having doubts about our government's current actions but not showing it openly). We also remember the many Afghans (South Carolinians) who stood up courageously for their country. By standing together, Americans and Afghans (South Carolinians) will continue the march towards peace just as faithfully as we did in the struggle of war.

Afghan Christian Reach Out For Help; Help Denied

Christian Refugees Refused Help; Lives In Danger

By: Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News US Correspondent

November 16, 2011 (Worthy News) - On November 2, 2011, the following e-mail correspondence was received by Aidan Clay with International Christian Concern:

"I just received a warning call form a person who introduced himself as an [official at the Afghan embassy]... If I don't go to the embassy in two hours to met hm, he will arrest [me] and present me to the embassy through the Indian police... Please pray and be in contact, and if in case something happens, my wife will contact you. He was claiming that I convert people from Islam to Christianity."

The calls continued throughout the day. "They were very angry and saying that they will hit me by knife and kill me."

The person being threatened is named Obaid S. Christ, an Afghan Christian living in New Delhi, India.  He fled his native Afghanistan in 2007 after receiving word that an Islamic court issued an arrest warrant for his conversion to Christianity.  He adopted the pseudonym Obaid S. Christ to be able to hide from his persecutors in Afghanistan.

High Price For Conversion

Threats against Afghan converts to Christianity should not be taken lightly.  Conversion is viewed as a serious crime in Afghanistan, and Christians are frequently being targeted by both the government and extremists.  As reported earlier this year by Worthy News, a video showing the beheading of one Abdul Latif near the Afghan town of Herat was released.  The militants, who claimed to be Muslim, were seen quoting passages from the Hadith (extra-Qu'ranic writings used to help decide whether or not something came from Muhammad) before executing him:  "Mohammad (peace be upon him) says, 'Whoever changes his religion should be executed.'"

For Obaid, the menacing calls were not the first time he felt threatened since arriving in India.  "Our community is a persecuted and rejected community," he said last April.  "We left behind all our belongings in Afghanistan just to save our lives by leaving Afghanistan.  Here in India, we are receiving no legal and physical protection from the UNHCR Office or Indian government.  We are harassed, attacked, insulted, and persecuted by Indian Muslims and Afghan Muslim refugees in this city."

Persecution Ignored

The persecution of Afghan Christian refugees is sometimes ignored by the very agencies that are mandated to protect them.  Aman Ali and his family fled Afghanistan in June 2010 following a television broadcast showing footage of Afghans being baptized.  Though Aman's conversion was already known in his community, the broadcast stirred animosity towards Christians which led to nationwide protests and the arrests of several converts.

Ali immediately applied for refugee status with the United Nations High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR) upon arriving in New Delhi, but was rejected and told that he failed to meet the criteria set forth in Article 6B of the UNHCR Statute which states that in order to receive refugee status, one must have a "well-founded fear of persecution by reason of his race, religion, nationality or political opinion."  It was clear to Aman that the UNHCR did not consider his conversion as a legitimate threat to his life.

One Ratimullah from Mazar-i-Sharif fled at the same time as Aman and for the same reasons.  Like Aman, Ratimullah's application for refugee status was also rejected along with seven other applicants.  "I cannot return to my country because I will be arrested and executed by the Afghan government," Ratimullah wrote in an appeal to the UNHCR. "A definite death is waiting for me in my homeland."

Another deportee, Ali Hussani, said, "They will kill me for being Christian.  There are only Muslims there."

Some foreign aid workers in the country believe that the threats are merely Taliban propaganda as they have heard similar declarations in the past.  Obaid S. Christ however, has a different view.

"The centers' (churches and other Christian meeting places) activities are being observed, Afghan converts are identified, and it is planned to destroy the centers," he said.  "This is serious!"

Hundreds of Afghan Christians, like Obaid, remain on the run from religious-based persecution that targets them at home and abroad.  "In the modern world, where we have NATO, the UN, human rights commissions, and governments which claim they fight for democracy and give protection for those who are persecuted, I cannot find a place in this world where I am protected," Obaid lamented.

Kids Killed For Christ

Christian Youth Killed For Wearing Cross In Class

By Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News Correspondent
egypt_mapMALLAWI, EGYPT (Worthy News)– In October of this year, Egyptian news media published stories of an altercation between Muslim and Christian students over a classroom seat at a school in Mallawi, Minya province, which left one student dead. It was being reported as a non-sectarian, that is, non-religiously motivated, incident. However, Copts Without Borders, a Coptic Christian news website, denied the claim, saying, in fact, that the student was killed because he was wearing a crucifix.

Mark Ebeid, a Christian activist, said "We wanted to believe the official version because the Coptic version was a catastrophe, as it would take persecution of Christians also to schools." He blamed the church in Mallawi for keeping quiet about the incident.

ANOTHER STEPHEN? Christian Youth Gets Killed In Class For Wearing A Cross

ANOTHER STEPHEN?  Christian Youth Gets Killed For Wearing Cross

By Marshall Ramsey, II - Worthy News US Correspondent

MALLAWI, Egypt (Worthy News) - In October of this year, Egyptian news media published stories of an altercation between Muslim and Christian students over a classroom seat at a school in Mallawi, Minya province, which left one student dead.

Approximately three weeks ago, two weeks after the murder, the parents of the 17-year-old Christian student Ayman Nabil Labib broke their silence, confirming that their son was murdered on October 16.  Nabil Labib, Ayman's father, said in a taped video interview with Copts United NGO, that, per Coptic tradition, his son had a cross tattooed on his wrist, as well as another cross which was worn under his shirt.  Young Ayman was murdered in "cold blood because he refused to take off his crucifix as ordered by his Muslim teacher," Mr. Labib said.

AMBULANCE DRIVERS COMPLICIT IN HIS DEATH?

According to Ayman's father, eyewitnesses told him that his son was not beaten up in the school yard as per the official story, but in the classroom.  "They beat my son so much in the classroom that he fled to the lavatory on the ground floor, but they followed him and continued their assault.  When one of the supervisors took him to his room, Ayman was still breathing.  The ambulance transported him from there dead, one hour later."

Mr. Labib said that everyone in Mallawi knew how the event took place, but not one of the students' parents was prepared to let their children come forward and give a statement to the police.  "They are afraid of the school administration, which has lots of ways to harass the students, as well as being afraid of the families of the two Muslim killers."

Prosecution in the case has three witnesses, two men working at school who named the assailants and one students who wanted to retract his statement, but was refused.  "the evidence is under lock and key.  Everyone is hiding the evidence.  We will know the truth after forensic medicine has finished the report next week," said Nabil, adding that the head of detectives on the case tried to influence the witnesses, claiming that the murder took place as a result of friction between students.

OFFICIAL CONDOLENCES

The governor of Minya, El-Rouby, visited the Coptic Bishop Dimitrious of Mallawi to extend his condolences, accompanied by representatives of Minya military authorities.  He also suspended the school's headmaster and the two supervisors, as well as two social workers who were on duty when Ayman died, and referred them to an investigation committee.  But all of them have disappeared since then.

Prominent columnist Farida El-Shobashy wrote in the independent newspaper Masry Youm, "I was shaken to the bones when I read the news that a teacher forced a student to take off the crucifix he wore, and when the Christian student stood firm for his rights, the teacher quarreled with him, joined by some of the students; he was beastly assaulted until his last breath left him."

Farida pointed out that the gravity of the incident is where it took place and who incited the attack (the teacher.)  She went on to blast the Ministry of Education for neglecting the education syllabus to prevent discriminatory contents but instead "left it to teachers to spread the fanatic Wahabi ideology."

Chinese House Church Pastor Detained

House Church Pastor In China Detained

Marshall Ramsey, II - Worthy News US Correspondent

SUQIAN CITY, Jiangsu, China (Worthy News) - Worthy News has just learned of the recent arrest of another house church leader in China. Pastor Shi Enhao, deputy chairman of the Chinese House Church Alliance, has been sentenced to two years of "re-education through labor," an extra-judicial punishment handed out by police that requires no trial or conviction of a crime. It is often used for those who have committed minor criminal offenses or for dissidents and adherents of non-government sanctioned religious groups, such as house church Christians and Falun Gong practitioners.

Pastor Shi was detained May 31, 2011 by police in Suqian city, in coastal Jiangsu province, and held for 12 days. On June 21, he was criminally detained by Suqian Public Security Bureau. Those familiar with this practice say it is the first step in a legal process that almost inevitably leads to a prison sentence.

THE CHARGES

Pastor Shi is formally charged with "illegal meetings and illegal organizing of venues for religious meetings." This charge stems from the fact that Pastor Shi's large house church of several thousand members meets in various different sites around the city.

What makes for even greater significance of Shi's sentencing on this charge has to do with the events surrounding the Shouwang Church in Beijing, and its controversial decision in April to meet outdoors after being evicted once again from property it lawfully had leased from the Chinese government.

Critics of Shouwang's decision pointed out that when other house churches have grown too large to meet in one place without making local officials nervous, most have avoided clashes with the authorities by breaking into smaller groups which meet in different locations. The fact that Pastor Shi was charged and sentenced despite using this precaution demonstrates that this strategy does not guarantee that authoritites will be appeased.

Suqian city police's Domestic Security Protection Department has ordered Pastor Shi's church to stop meeting and confiscated the congregation's car, musical instruments, and choir robes, as well as church donations totalling 140,000 yuan, which amounts to $21,712.50 US.

CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION A FAMILY AFFAIR

Pastor Shi is not the only person in his family to have suffered persecution at the hands of police for the cause of Jesus Christ. Pastor Shi's daughters and their husbands have also beeen threatened. Shi Yongyang, Pastor Shi's son, has been to the police station and signed the sentencing paperwork under police pressure, but they have refused to give him a copy of the signed documents.

Pastor Shi and his wife, Zhu Guangyun, are both 55 years old. His mother, Liu Guanglan, age 86, requires round-the-clock care, which is provided by Pastor Shi's wife. Previously mentioned Shi Yongyang, Pastor Shi's son, and his wife are both in full-time ministry. Four generations of Shi Enhao's family have served the church.

ChinaAid founder and president Bob Fu expressed shock at the news and strongly condemned the authorities in Jiangsu's Suqian city for sentencing Pastor Shi. He also called on the church and the international community to express their concern for him and to come to Pastor Shi's aid.

Chinese Christians arrested during Easter raid

Chinese Christians arrested during Easter raid

Beijing, China - On what is perhaps the holiest day of the Christian faith, Easter Sunday, dozens of Chinese Christians were arrested when they tried to hold worship services without government approval.

Members of the Shouwang, or 'watchtower', church were arrested Sunday after being told that they would be unable to use their church building. As many as 20 to 30 followers were taken into custody, said Jin Tianming, pastor of the congregation.

Pastor Tianming, himself under house arrest for conducting worship services without Chinese government sanction, wrote in a letter that he believes Satan, also called Lucifer, and the Devil, is using the Chinese government to try to destroy God's church.

"The devil Satan has taken advantage of the authority God has granted to the national government and is seeking to destroy God's church. His devil's claws have finally been revealed. Satan get thee behind me!"

Worshippers seized during the raid were taken away in buses, some defiantly signing hymns. Church leaders called for the congregation to worship outside the building even if it meant arrest and prosecution.

GOVERNMENT REGISTRY REQUIRED

Christians in China are free to worship the Lord Jesus Christ if they register with state-approved churches, but many Christians refuse to do this, believing it means the government gets to control what is said behind the pulpit.

The number of underground Christians in China is estimated at 40,000,000, with some estimates going as high as 80,000,000.

Up to 500 members of the Protestant house church movement have been detained in recent weeks. The arrests are being billed as a continuation of the government's attempts to repress dissention.

In China, any opinion that differs from the government is seen as a sign of rebellion. A similar political climate exists within the United States: Anyone who disagrees with President Obama's policies is seen as racist.

Shouwang church has grown to 1,500 members since being founded in 1993. They claim to have been blocked from taking possession of a building they purchased in 2009 for a price of 2.5
million British pounds.

"The Chinese government are playing a very dangerous game," said Mark Shan, a spokesman for ChinaAid, a Christian rights group based in the US. "They are pushing the church into a corner and other Christians, when they see how Shouwang have been treated, may react in the same defiant way." Activists have stated that the protests that China is seeking to keep quiet may actually strengthen other members of the underground church movement.

Comfort from the Lord

Here is a message from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: "I know, children, that you are tired. I know that you are weak. I know that you want to be here with me, which is far better than the situation you are in now. I desire that you are here with me, also; away from all the beatings, the killings, away from all the forsaking that you have received. I know the unfairness that you have received on your job as a result of serving me. It grieves me in the heart that ye endure such things. Bear yet a little while longer here on earth, for it is yet more profitable for you to remain here. Remember that I endured such things while I was on earth. Remember, also, that I am with you, and the Holy Ghost is with you. The time is short, the battle almost over. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. I love you, and have in no wise forsaken you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the world."

Pregnant woman beaten by Hindu militants at her daughter's funeral

Pregnant woman beaten by Hindu militants at her daughter's funeral

Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News Correspondent

Washington, D.C. - The Christian advocacy group International Christian Concern (ICC) recently learned that Hindu radicals severely beat a pregnant woman while attending the funeral of her infant daughter in Orissa, India. The radicals refuse to let Christians be buried in the village, and attacked several other Christians at the funeral with sticks and machetes, the weapon of choice for horror film villain Jason Voorhees in the Friday the 13th movies.

At the time of the report, Sonadei, the assaulted pregnant woman, and a Christian, was bleeding heavily. Because there are no hospitals in Bendaguda, the village where the attack occured, she has not been able to receive any treatment for her injuries.

Pastor Vajay Kumar, who also was attacked at the funeral, told ICC that victims are panicked and and are hiding in a house with the decomposed body of the baby. They were fearful of what might happen to them.

Jonathan Racho, Regional Manager for ICC in South Asia, had this to say: "Our hearts are broken to hear the plight of Sonadei and the other assaulted Christians. It's very sad that she has to suffer this assault ont he day when she was mourning the death of her baby girl. This outrageous and inhumane act by Hindu radicals must not go unpunished." He also urged Indian police to immediately move to the area, protect the Christians, and arrest the perpetrators.
