RADCON 4 alerts for San Francisco and Fresno, CA are still active, with both showing increased radiation levels.  Fresno, CA reporting station, while showing the biggest increase, is still regarded as unreliable, meaning not enough data points are in and alert conditions for RADCON 5, the highest rating, have not been met.

All other alerts, both RADCON 4 and RADCON 5, have been downgraded to RADCON 3 (Elevated) or below.
