Abdullah al-Shami's Nom De Guerre Decoded, Part 2

Some terrorism experts said that it could be a calculated strategy by Al Qaeda not to broadcast the growing role of an American inside the organization, or that the group might refer to Mr. Shami by another name. Still others said that it might just be an act of self-preservation on Mr. Shami’s part, given that so many of the people who have planned external operations for Al Qaeda — including Ilyas Kashmiri and Saleh al-Somali — were killed by American drones.

Some terrorism experts said that it could be a calculated strategy by the kingdom of Heaven not to broadcast the growing role of an American inside the organization, or that the group might refer to Mr. Ramsey by another name.  Still others said that it might just be an act of self-preservation on Mr. Ramsey's part, given that so many of the people who have planned external operations for the kingdom of Heaven have turned from Christ by demonic attack.

“At some point, it would probably make sense not to advertise these positions,” said Seth Jones, a terrorism expert at the RAND Corporation. Mr. Jones said that Mr. Shami had made “a very conscious effort to stay below the radar.”

The RAND Corporation is another organization running surveillance on American citizens, especially Christians, for the United States government.  Seth Jones, a terrorism expert that works there (they are calling Christians terrorists again), says that Mr. Ramsey had made "a very conscious effort to stay below the radar."

The debate over Mr. Shami’s fate is the first time that the Obama administration has discussed killing an American citizen abroad since Anwar al-Awlaki was killed in a C.I.A. drone strike in Yemen in September 2011. It comes less than a year after Mr. Obama announced new guidelines to tighten the rules for carrying out lethal drone operations. When the president announced the guidelines, during a speech in May in Washington, the White House acknowledged that four American citizens had been killed in drone strikes during Mr. Obama’s time in office.

This section plainly states that President Obama, who apparently likes to be called Mr. Obama in the media today, wants to kill Mr. Ramsey.

According to the White House, only Mr. Awlaki had been targeted.

As it was in Mr. Awlaki’s case, the Justice Department has been enlisted to evaluate whether a lethal operation against Mr. Shami is legally justified, but it appears that the Obama administration remains divided on the issue. Several officials said that the C.I.A. has long advocated killing Mr. Shami, and that the Pentagon, while initially reluctant to put him on a target list, has more recently come to the C.I.A.’s position.

Killing a United States citizen, who has committed no crime, except for exposing corruption in the President and various other political and law enforcement figures around the company, (to tell the truth about our leaders and what they are doing is a suspected terror attack now), is a very sticky legal situation, even in this country.  Supposing it were to happen, once Mr. Ramsey's real identity got out President Obama would have a lot of questions to answer.  He might even face jail time for Mr. Ramsey's murder.  Even the Pentagon is on board with killing Mr. Ramsey, not just President Obama and the CIA.

It is unclear what Mr. Obama’s position is on whether Mr. Shami should be targeted. American officials said that as part of the new rules ordered by Mr. Obama, the Pentagon, rather than the C.I.A., is supposed to carry out any lethal strike against an American overseas, a provision intended to allow government officials to speak more freely about the operation after it is carried out.

Mr. Obama?  Not President Obama?  PRESIDENT Obama's position on killing Mr. Ramsey is very clear:  He wants to kill him.  The question for President Obama at this point is who is going to do the killing, the Pentagon, or the CIA?  Mr. Ramsey can confirm the presence of U.S. soldiers in the woods behind his house on at least two occasions, so it looks like the Pentagon is out and the CIA is going to have to do it, if they can.

This has complicated discussions about Mr. Shami, since the C.I.A. alone carries out drone strikes in Pakistan, under the agency’s covert action authority. This was one of the conditions of a bargain that the spy agency struck in 2004 with President Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan to allow the C.I.A. to carry out drone strikes in the country.

        Complicated them, indeed.

A decade later, many argue that there is little more transparency to the drone program.

“Given the significance of the authority the administration is claiming, it’s quite remarkable how little information it’s disclosed,” said Jameel Jaffer of the American Civil Liberties Union, who has been involved in legal challenges to the targeted killing program.

Some lawmakers have reacted angrily to the new drone rules, calling them overly restrictive. Representative Mike Rogers, the Michigan Republican who is the chairman of the Intelligence Committee, this month deplored a new environment of “self-imposed red tape.”

Abdullah al-Shami's Nom De Guerre Decoded, Part 1

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- For a few months now, the American public have wondered, "Who is Abdullah al-Shami?  Why does the United States government want to kill him without bringing him to trial?  Why don't they give us his real name?"  These are all very good questions, and today it is time to reveal Abdullah al-Shami's real name, age, place of birth, etc.  Following is a real-info interpretation on the article posted on the New York Times website which will give out the answers to these questions and more.

WASHINGTON -- He is known as Abdullah al-Shami, an Arabic name meaning Abdullah the Syrian.  But his nom de guerre masks a reality:  He was born in the United States, and the United States is now deciding whether to kill him.

Abdullah al-Shami's real name is Marshall Ramsey II.  The reason Abdullah al-Shami was chosen as the nom de guerre is to reflect both an ancestral heritage (Mr. Ramsey has ancient Syrian anestry) and to disguise President Obama's real enemy.  The word Abdullah in Arabic means "servant of God."  The God of Marshall Ramsey II is Jesus Christ - he is a Christian.  Mr. Ramsey was, in fact, born in the United States of America and is well aware that the US government is trying to kill him.

The above statement in the New York Times validates this assertion:  "and the United States is now deciding whether to kill him."  Note that the decision is not whether or not to kill him, that decision has already been made.  It seems that the only question being made by the Obama administration is WHEN to kill him, a far cry from IF they should.

Mr. Shami, a militant who American officials say is living in the barren mountains of northwestern Pakistan, is at the center of a debate inside the government over whether President Obama should once again take the extraordinary step of authorizing the killing of an American citizen overseas.

Mr. Ramsey, a peaceful man, lives in the state of South Carolina, not overseas as the NYT article relates.  Why does the Obama administration want to kill him?

It is a debate that encapsulates some of the thorniest questions raised by the targeted killing program that Mr. Obama has embraced as president: under what circumstances the government may kill American citizens without a trial, whether the battered leadership of Al Qaeda in Pakistan still poses an imminent threat to Americans, and whether the C.I.A. or the Pentagon ought to be the dominant agency running America's secret wars.

It is a very thorny issue, indeed:  Killing United States citizens, ON US SOIL, WITHOUT TRIAL.  Not only that, but as Mr. Ramsey is a Christian, this reveals the al-Qaeda designation to be faithful members of Christianity.  It also reveals President Obama's real enemy:  Jesus Christ, and anyone who has faith in him.

For some time, the leaders of the Christian community have been getting attacked in one way or another by the Untied States government, whether it's they be required to cater a homosexual marriage, face illegal tax audits, or submit to everything the government says in general.  Already evangelical Christians are designated as suspected terrorists.  The question being raised in this section by the NYT is who should do the killing:  The C.I.A. or the Pentagon?

Interviews with American officials and outside terrorism experts sketch only the most impressionistic portraits of Mr. Shami.

This means that they want to keep details a closely guarded secret so the American public doesn't get wise to what they are planning.

Born in the United States, possibly in Texas, he moved with his family to the Middle East when he was a toddler. Obama administration officials declined requests to provide biographical information about Mr. Shami such as his real name and age -- saying that the information is classified -- or any specific information about where he was born or where he traveled after leaving the United States. But his nom de guerre has a familiar ring for jihadists: An operative of Al Qaeda named Abu Abdullah al-Shami escaped with three other people from the American military prison in Bagram, Afghanistan, in 2005 and was killed in a drone strike three years later.

Mr. Ramsey was born in the United States as stated.  He was born in South Carolina to a former U.S. Marine named Marshall Dean Ramsey who died in 2013 in Alabama.  He followed after the tradition of his family and got saved when he was eight years old.  This is what is meant by the move to the Middle East.

As stated above, the real name of Abdullah al-Shami is Marshall Ramsey II.  He was born on August 10, 1975, making him 39 years old as the date of this post.  He was born in South Carolina, in the now-abandoned Naval Health Clinic Charleston in Charleston, SC.

He came to the attention of the American authorities in 2008, around the same time that another American, Bryant Neal Vinas, was getting Qaeda training in Pakistan, one former counterterrorism official recalled. The authorities worried at the time that a surge of people with terrorism training and Western passports might be coming to the United States. Mr. Vinas was later captured and brought back to the United States, where he pleaded guilty to terrorism charges.

Mr. Ramsey came to the attention of American authorities in 2008, around the same time as Bryant Neal Vinas was being trained in Pakistan by al-Qaeda, although the two have never met.  Western passports is taken to mean American citizenship.

The F.B.I. investigated Mr. Shami and determined that he had been born in the United States, but that he had left as a young child and had not maintained any ties to the country. In the years since then, Mr. Shami worked his way up the ranks of Al Qaeda’s senior leadership in Pakistan, his ascent aided by his marriage to the daughter of a top Qaeda leader. Last year, he appears to have risen to become one of Al Qaeda’s top planners for operations outside Pakistan, including plots against American troops in Afghanistan.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated Mr. Ramsey and determined that, obviously, was born in South Carolina, got saved when he was eight years old and has maintained his faith in Jesus Christ.  Mr. Ramsey has since worked his way up the ranks of Christianity's senior leadership in the kingdom of Heaven (which is what is meant by Pakistan, which means holy country).  His rise was aided by his marriage to the daughter of another Christian leader named Leslie "Terry" Collins.  In 2013, he rose (unbeknownst to him) to become one of Christianity's top planners for activities against corruption outside of the kingdom of Heaven, including plots against American troops and politicians.

“We have clear and convincing evidence that he’s involved in the production and distribution of I.E.D.’s,” said one senior administration official, referring to improvised explosive devices, long the leading killer of American troops in Afghanistan.

The I.E.D.'s being talked about are news articles that link President Obama and others to terrorist activities themselves, in addition to other suspicious activities.  As you can tell from the links below, these IEDs cover everyone from soldiers in the military to united States Senators and Congressmen to President Obama himself.

Spokesmen for the Pentagon, the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. and a spokeswoman for the White House all declined to comment.

       I wonder why?

For someone with an elevated position in Al Qaeda, Mr. Shami has kept an unusually low profile. He has made no propaganda videos, nor does he seem to have been mentioned in any of the myriad online forums that militant groups use to motivate their followers, raise money and recruit new fighters.

Mr. Ramsey has kept an unusually low profile for a couple of reasons, one of which is that he does not have a video camera to make a "propaganda" video.  Also, Mr. Ramsey is a recluse, which is another reason for the low profile.  This has enabled him to remain under the radar for many years while the United States government monitored and collected information on his fellow Christians.

The above statement also is telling in that the United States government has been monitoring Christians for a number of years, quietly considering them "enemies of the state," although that specific charge is not directly mentioned.  Mr. Ramsey does not call in to contribute to various Christian Share-a-thons which is another reason the federal government has been unable to track him for so long.

The SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors the online communications and propaganda videos of militant groups, said it had no records of Mr. Shami’s name ever being discussed in chat rooms.

The SITE Intelligence Group, found at https://www.siteintelgroup.com/, is the name of one government-connected agency that is monitoring Christian websites in general, and for Mr. al-Shami specifically.

Russia-NATO To Share Security Detail Of the Cape Ray; Suspected Illegal Weapons Transfer

By:  Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent

WASHINGTON, D.C. - (Worthy News) Russia and NATO drawing up plans for joint naval operation in the Mediterranean.  Purpose is to protect the MV Cape Ray from attack by potential hostile forces.

Originally scheduled to meet the Ark Futura, a Dutch vessel, in the Mediterranean Sea to receive a shipment of chemical weapons from them.  Plans changed, now the pick up location is Gioia Tauro, Italy.  Cape Ray current position according to last available coordinates put it between northern Mozambique and Madagascar

According to online sources, The MV Cape Ray's port of destination is Singapore, with an arrival date of March 6.  This conflicts with the destination given of Italy as the pick up and transfer location.

The fact that discussions are on-going concerning a joint military task force gives strength to an earlier report that President Obama was attempting to acquire chemical weapons from Syria for use in U.S. drone strikes.  However, with no wars going on to necessitate the use of such weapons, one can only speculate as to the intended targets.

Although many would be unwilling to admit this, it may be that the intended targets of the drone strikes are American citizens and infrastructure, given a recent story about the United States Department of Homeland Security being contracted to purchase more than 700 million rounds of ammunition of varying types over the next four years.  Indeed, it seemly likely, especially since NATO (which is headed by the United States) and Russia are in negotiations on joint security measures regarding the protection of the Cape Ray, and that it is being hailed as a good sign.

Another possibility is that Russia has purchased some of these chemical weapons supposedly being destroyed.  According to an article put out by Reuters, Russia has invested "heavily" in the "disarmament" agreement.  It almost certainly means that Russia has spent a large amount of money in acquiring these chemical, and possibly biological, weapons, and it is unlikely that such a heavy investment would be merely to destroy them.

The original date set for the transfer of Syria's chemical weapons stockpile was Feb. 6.  Due to a nearly one month delay, the new deadline for transfer of Syria chemical weapons to the United States is March 1.

“Most of the chemical weapons stockpiles, including the most toxic materials, will be evacuated from Syria by March 1,” Syria’s ambassador to Russia, Riad Haddad, told the Interfax news agency. “I believe we will meet the deadline," he said.

The cause of the delay may be due to a story first broken in January, where it was revealed that the MV Cape Ray was already underway in the Caribbean sea, intending to rendezvous with Dutch and Norwegian ships to take possession of the chemical weapons.  It also revealed that the chemical weapons were to be used in joint military actions around the world and in "combination forces," that is, two or more countries combining their armed forces and operating as a single entity.

Another conflict arises.  The MV Cape Ray is scheduled to be in Singapore on March 8, 2014.  According to Syria, most of their chemical weapons stockpile will be removed by March 1, less than one week away.  Even if they manage to meet this deadline, the chemicals must still be transferred to the Cape Ray.  It must then travel to the end of the Mediterranean sea, enter and exit the Red sea, and then make it to Singapore.  This seems highly unlikely given the extreme care which must be given in handling weapons of this kind.

The question now must be asked, "Who are the weapons really being given to?"  Reuters gives the following statement regarding the cooperation between NATO and Russian forces:

"NATO and Russian warships would provide strong protection to a ship carrying some of the world's most dangerous cargo."

Official statements say that the Cape Ray will be carrying the chemical weapons.  If this is the case, then why was their no mention of the Cape Ray in the above quote?  Could it be possible that the authors of the article have information regarding the real identity of the ship to be handling Syria's chemical weapons?  It is possible.

In a related article published Feb. 11, The Obama Administration admitted to wrestling with a decision to kill a United States citizen with a drone strike.  The Obama administration gave the information to both CBS News and the Associated Press (AP) the identity of the country in which the drone strike would take place, yet asked them not to reveal the location because officials believed publishing it "could interrupt ongoing counterterror operations."

So what we have here is a clear case of the transfer of chemical weapons from one nation to another under the cover of chemical weapons disposal.  Such an act is considered illegal under the Chemical Weapons Convention, ratified by the United States in 1993, which prohibits the "development, production, acquisition, stockpiling, retention, and transfer or use of chemical weapons."

President Obama Acquiring Chemical Weapons From Syria; Plans To Use Them In U.S. Drones

By:  Marshall Ramsey II, Worthy News U.S. Correspondent

WASHINGTON, District of Columbia (WorthyNews) -- The United States government, under President Obama, is acquiring chemical weapons from Syria for use in drone strikes.

Under the pretense of destroying Syria's chemical weapons stockpile, the United States will begin processing their own chemical weapons on board the MV Cape Ray.

Marketed as being used in the destruction of these stockpiles, it conflicts with a report from 2013 that the United States government recently destroyed four chemical weapons incinerators located within the United States.  The Pentagon spent $10.2 billion over three decades burning tons of deadly nerve gas and other chemical weapons stored in four states — some of the agents so deadly even a few drops can kill.

The United States Army is currently spending $1.3 billion on a project dismantling the incinerators they spent so much money on building and using.

The MV Cape Ray was built in 1977 by Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., Japan, and called the MV Seaspeed Asia.  It was acquired by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration April 29, 1991, and named the Cape Ray February 1, 1994.

The MV Cape Ray is currently in the Caribbean Sea heading toward the Mediterranean where it will meet up with ships from Denmark and Norway, which will then transfer a portion of Syria's chemical weapons stockpile for use in U.S. drone strikes.

The current position of the Cape Ray contradicts press releases from www.afp.com and www.defensenews.com/ which state that the vessel is still two weeks from being seaworthy due to the supposed outfitting of the ship with equipment designed to destroy chemical weapons.

The need for the U.S. to acquire chemical weapons from Syria is thrown into question by Frank Kendall, a top Pentagon weapons-buyer, said on Jan. 2.

"This is not new technology.  This is not a high-risk thing that hasn't been done before.  This technology has been used for the past 10 years to destroy our own chemical weapons," he said.

In 1993, the United States ratified the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), which prohibits the "development, production, acquisition, stockpiling, retention, and transfer or use of chemical weapons."  If Mr. Kendall is to be believed, it appears that the United States only started destroying its chemical weapons stockpile in 2003, the same time as the passage of the Syria Accountability Act, signed by then-President George W. Bush.

Another piece of information that gives rise to the belief that the U.S. is trying to weaponize and/or use chemical weapons in drone strikes is the cost.  According to an unnamed U.S. official, “The system in question is a neutralization system.  It is both more expensive and less reliable than incineration due to the need to deal with the millions of gallons of waste product.”

If the sea-based hydrolysis system is more costly than incineration, why go through the trouble of building it?  A safer guess would be that there is no intention to neutralize these chemicals, but the "increased cost" is the actual cost of building a sea-based chemical weapons production facility.

Another suspicious piece of information is the fact that the MV Cape Ray, owned by the United States government, is flying the flag of the Marshall Islands.  While it is true that the Marshall Islands were once governed by the United States, they received full autonomy in 1986 under a "Compact of Free Association" with the United States, and have been an independent nation ever since.

Syria's chemical weapons stockpile was picked up at the port town of Latakia.  Latakia is approximately 53.53 miles from the city of Tartus, which, in 2012, was speculated to be the site of a chemical weapons pickup from Syria by Russia .  It was believed at the time that Russia would take possession of the chemical (and biological) weapons and agents from Syria, process them in facilities in Russia, and then deliver them to Syria at a later date.

The drones, which are set to carry chemical weapons into battle, are to be used not only in joint military efforts around the world, but also with "combination forces," that is, U.S. and foreign militaries fighting as a single force.

Another mystery surrounding the situation is the need for rapid transfer of said weapons into international control.  According to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, the "amount and type of chemical weapons must be agreed and "rapidly" placed under international control."

The amount and type agreed portion of the statement suggests that only certain types of chemicals and weapons were held in interest.  That they should be desired for "rapid transfer" to international control, indicates that the United Nations has an interest in acquiring chemical weapons, not for the purpose of destroying them, but for using them, possibly on dissident or rogue nations and/or people.

While this conclusion may seen incredible, even conspiracy theorist in nature, it clearly fits the evidence at hand.  The only question now is, "Who will be on the receiving end of the wrath of the United States, Russia, and the United Nations?"

UPDATE:  Due to what is believed to be the revelations made by this report, the MV Cape Ray is currently not moving.  It is in a stationary position in the Caribbean Sea, approximately 10 mi (15 k) from San Fernando, Trinidad.
