Killing Of Walter Scott Being Covered Up By Police; Seen As Initiation Into Police "Brotherhood"

The following is an expounding of what happened in the shooting of Walter Scott.  It shows that Michael Slager, the police officer that shot and killed him, did it in cold blood, possibly as part of an initiation ritual designed to prove the loyalty of an officer for admittance into a secret police "brotherhood."  Words in italics are mine.

'Everything's OK. ... I just shot somebody,' Officer Michael Slager says in a call

Shortly after fatally shooting Walter Scott in the back, North Charleston police Officer Michael Slager nervously chuckled about his adrenaline "pumping," but also assured a caller that things would be all right, according to new audio clips published by two media outlets.

"Hey. Hey, everything's OK, OK?" Slager says in a phone call to someone believed to be his pregnant wife. "I just shot somebody. Yeah, he's OK."

        (Why did Officer Scott call his wife after shooting Walter Scott?  The only thing that comes to mind is Officer Slager knew the shooting was on purpose and called his wife in an attempt to deceive her before the news of him planting evidence, which is suggestive of a purposeful killing, reached her.)

If Slager meant Scott, then he wasn't OK. Slager fired his .45-caliber Glock eight times. Four bullets struck Scott in the back and one hit him in the ear. He died at the scene.

        (The number of shots fired by Officer Slager suggests that he intended to kill Walter Scott.  Combined with the pleasure in his voice says his adrenaline was pumping, suggests he also planned in advance to cover it up and had assurance that his fellow officers would help.)

The recording of the officer's phone call and a conversation with a supervisor at the scene doesn't show Slager -- It's audio only, from the patrolman's uniform microphone that's synched with his squad car's dashboard camera.

Last week, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) made public 4 minutes and 22 seconds of the dashcam video showing Slager stopping Scott for a broken taillight and then giving chase when Scott took off on foot prior to the shooting.

        (That the amount of dashcam video released is 4 minutes and 22 seconds is significant.  As reported in another story, the number 11 is often used as a call sign to "occult" members of allegiance to a particular group or cause.  The use of the number 22 (2x11) in the SLED release of dashcam footage indicates that Officer Michael Slager was "on the inside," and that SLED would be participating in the cover-up of Walter Scott's murder.

        (Another indication that Officer Slager is part of "the Brotherhood" is also contained in the length of dashcam footage released.  Two plus two equals four.  When you put both fours beside each other you get 44, or forty-four, which is arrived at by multiplying 4x11.  Since we have multiple occurrences of the number 11, this would suggest that Officer Slager's assassination of Walter Scott was ritualistic in nature, possibly an initiation into the 'Brotherhood,' a "secret" grouping of police officers who willingly cover up one anothers' crimes.)

But on Sunday, The Guardian published quotes from audio after the fatal shooting. The newspaper said Slager's patrol car picked up a total of about an hour of audio. On Monday, the Charleston Post and Courier obtained the same extended recordings.

        (This statement suggests that SLED deliberately suggested that there was not much footage and any "relevant" footage would show show that Officer Slager was guilty of anything except doing his job.  This is immediate proof of a cover-up by SLED, and proof that a secret "brotherhood" exists among law enforcement officials.)

Yahoo News emails to North Charleston Police and SLED, the agency investigating the shooting, were not immediately returned on Monday. Thom Berry, a spokesman for SLED, told The Guardian that he had not been able to confirm it, but that the person heard on the audio appears to have been Slager.

        (The weakly delivered statement by Thom Berry, spokesman for SLED, suggests that he knew Officer Slager was trying to become one of the "in crowd" but was unable to directly deny any guilt that would be assigned to Officer Slager because of a witness's cell phone video.)

The April 4 shooting was captured on another video taken by a witness. Police and Slager initially said that Scott, 50, was shot after a skirmish over the officer's Taser stun gun. But when the witness video showed Scott being shot eight times as he ran away, Slager was fired and charged with murder. The footage also shows Slager dropping an object -- which has the appearance of a Taser -- on the ground near Scott's body.

        (Another piece of evidence showing an attempt to cover up the guiltiness of Michael Slager is evidenced by the North Charleston Police Department's reaction before and after the witness video.  As evidenced in the text above, the police had prepared a statement saying that Officer Slager feared for his life and thus shot and killed Walter Scott.  However, when video surfaced that showed Mr. Scott running away from Officer Slager and even showed Officer Slager dropping what appeared to be a Taser near Mr. Scott, they quickly changed their story, arresting Office Slager and charging him with murder.

        (But what about the number 50 since the number 11 is being used?  In the Bible, the number 50 is connected to the year of jubilee, a time of great celebration for the Israelites.  It is possible that Officer Slager went through both the beginning and advanced stages of initiation into the 'Brotherhood' and completed them successfully.  The killing of Walter Scott appears to have been the final 'capstone' signifying his complete allegiance.  This would have been met with much celebration, likely in a private ceremony away from his girlfriend.)

In the audio clip the newspaper posted online, Slager answers a call after what sounds like an iPhone ringtone. After assuring the caller that he is OK, he appears to briefly describe what happened.

"He grabbed my Taser, yeah. Yeah, he was running from me. I'm good. I just wanted to let you know."

        (This appears to be the pregnant girlfriend.)

Through a spokeswoman, Andy Savage, Slager's defense attorney, declined to discuss the new audio recordings.

The conversation between Slager and the unidentified supervisor appears to come from inside a patrol car. The dialogue is standard fare following an officer-involved shooting, but the sort of stuff that is rarely heard by the public.

"What happens next?" Slager, an officer for five years, can be heard asking. The supervisor tells him he'll be transported to police headquarters before being taken home.

"Take your crap off, take your vest off, kind of relax for two or three," the senior officer says.

        (What is meant here is two or three days.)

"It'll be real quick," he continues. "They're gonna tell you you're gonna be out for a couple of days, and you'll come back and they'll interview you then. They're not going to ask you any kind of questions right now. They'll take your weapon and we'll go from there. That's pretty much it."

        (This describes Officer Slager's supervisor telling him what will happen as part of the cover-up.  It would seem that not only is Officer Slager and his supervisor invovled, but also other police in the department as well.)

The supervisor tells Slager that it is likely to be a few days before he has to give an official account of what happened.

        (What is not visible to the naked eye is the fact that during the time of the shooting of Walter Scott and the "official" investigation into his death, Officer Slager has plenty of time to write down what happened and then change it as best he can so that his "official" story takes away the blood guiltiness of his purposeful killing of Mr. Scott.)

"The last one we had, they waited a couple of days to interview officially, like, sit down and tell what happened," he says.

        (This statement let's us know that this sort of thing has happened before, on a repeated basis, and that cover-ups have been made by supervisors and internal investigators multiple times.  Any statement by SLED regarding their suspicion of Officer Slager's official story are false.  It is an attempt by them to cover up their own guilitiness and their attempt to cover up the existence of the brotherhood.  A known symbol of "the Brotherhood" is a black flag with a blue strip across the center.)

Then he leaves him with some advice.

"By the time you get home, it would probably be a good idea to kind of jot down your thoughts on what happened," he says. "You know, once the adrenaline quits pumping."

"It's pumping," Slager says, laughing nervously.

        (The distinctive sound of pleasure can be heard in Officer Slager's voice in the audio recording.  This suggests that not only did Officer Slager know that shooting Michael Scott was unnecessary, but shot Mr. Scott for 'the thrill of the kill.')

Mary Mahoney Murdered; President Clinton Connected

The following is an expose' of sorts, which details what I believe is William Jefferson Clinton's (42nd U.S. President) connection and involvement in the assassination of Mary Caitrin Mahoney.

Police Say Starbucks Suspect Described Killings

Carl Derek Havord Cooper told investigators that he shot the manager of a Starbucks coffee shop in July 1997 because she refused to give him the keys to a safe that held more than $10,000 in cash.

He demanded the keys, but Mary Caitrin Mahoney said no, according to Cooper's account. He fired a warning shot into the ceiling. Mahoney ran into the hall. Cooper caught her and wrestled her for the keys. She resisted, and he shot her dead.

        (He shot her dead?  This is nothing but a pathetic cover-up line used only for sensationalism.  If the reader is not aware of it, this statement will draw the reader to believe that the author of the story is being honest.  Peter Slevin appears to be on the payroll of those that wanted Mary Mahoney dead.)

Cooper said he then turned and shot two remaining Starbucks workers. When one moaned, still alive, the gunman shot him twice more in the head. Without grabbing any money, Cooper hurried from the Wisconsin Avenue NW store, raced across town, ditched his guns and washed the blood from his clothes.

        (A man attempts to rob a store for cash, kills three employees, takes the keys to the safe, then takes off without taking the cash?  No.  Carl Cooper was not there for the cash, but to kill Mary Mahoney.  The two Starbucks employees that were in there after the shooting were already dead.  If they would have stayed behind after Mr. Cooper killed Mary Mahoney, it would have been to help her, which according to this story, they did not.  This was a planted statement.)

The details come from a D.C. police affidavit unsealed yesterday in D.C. Superior Court, where Cooper was ordered held without bond in the slayings of the three employees. Cooper waived his right to silence and gave, in writing, a detailed account of the killings, according to the affidavit.

        (Even people who are guilty do not waive their right to silence, but rather wait to talk to an attorney.  Mr. Cooper was paid to do this, likely in exchange for life in prison and not the death penalty.)

In court, Cooper clasped his hands behind his back and said nothing. His court-appointed attorney, Steven R. Kiersh, told Hearing Commissioner Pamela Young Diaz that Cooper will not say more without a lawyer present. Cooper's account emerged during two days of intensive questioning at Prince George's County police headquarters.

"We ask that no one in any case make any attempt to speak with Mr. Cooper outside my presence," Kiersh said yesterday. Prosecutor Kenneth L. Wainstein's request that hair and blood samples be taken from Cooper will be honored by the defense without objection.

        (Mr. Kiersh appears very chatty here.  There is no need to repeat himself, unless he's trying to hide something.  Of course, the defense will honor the prosecutor's request for blood and hair samples without question.  Mr. Cooper not only confessed to the crime, but is also a hired assassin.  Miss Mahoney's murder was an assassination.  The reason that people are requested to refrain from speaking to Mr. Cooper is that Mr. Kiersh thinks someone might be able to get the truth out of him.)

The unsealed affidavit opens a window into a murder case that for 20 months was one of the city's ugliest mysteries. Signed by Lt. Brian Reed McAllister, who heads the special investigations squad at D.C. homicide, the document indicates that Cooper left a few clues early and talked up a storm once in custody.

        (Why bring in a special investigations cop?  If this was just an ordinary robbery/murder, there would be no need to bring in a special investigations officer.  Someone is trying to cover something up for someone very powerful and Lt. Brian Reed McAllister is involved in the plot.  Also, why use Lt. McAllister's full name?  Why not just say Lt. Brian McAllister?  Again, too much information for the situation.

        Also, what clues did Mr. Cooper leave at the the scene of the crime?  Or does it even matter since the whole thing is one giant conspiracy?)

Cooper, 29, told investigators that he spent about a month planning to rob the Starbucks at 1810 Wisconsin Ave. NW, just north of Georgetown. A prosecution witness, identified in the affidavit only as a "close friend" of Cooper's, told police that Cooper invited him to participate in the robbery.

        (2+9=11.  The use of the number 11 is an occult call sign used to signify allegiance to a particular cause or group.  Whoever is behind the killing of Mary Mahoney is definitely into dark occult practices as both former and later evidence leads.  The non-participating accomplice is merely a stage actor, brought in to help give credibility to the story.)

The witness said that he agreed to take part but that Cooper never followed up and did not take him along, an account that police said Cooper verified during hours of questioning. Cooper acted alone and fired two guns during the slayings, police said, a .38-caliber snub-nosed revolver and a .380-caliber pistol.

        (The occultists are identifying themselves again, both in the address of the Starbucks and in the caliber of the guns used:  1810 Wisconsin Ave. NW, .38-caliber snub-nose revolver, .380-cailber pistol - 11x8=88, 3+8=11, 3+8+0=11.  This serves as a triple confirmation of occult involvement.  This suggests the assassination of Mary Mahoney was carefully thought out, in advance, which in turn suggests high-powered people with lots of money were connected to Miss Mahoney and wanted her dead, people that she possibly had damaging information on, people who would be willing to kill her.)

As he plotted the robbery, Cooper said, he wanted to make sure there was plenty of cash the night he struck. So he chose a Sunday night, and not just any Sunday night, but the end of a busy Fourth of July weekend

        (In specifically choosing a Sunday, this indicates something special about that day of the week.  The Sunday after July 4, 1997 is July 6.  Again occult involvement is seen.  One should remember, when reading articles written about the occult, the person is not necessarily being asked to believe in the things practiced, but rather that there are people who do, and that sometimes those people are very powerful.

        The connection to the occult in the date July 6 is twofold.  First, 07/06 becomes 7+6 which equals 13.  The number thirteen has long been considered an unlucky number and is used in connection with rebellion against authority.  The authority in this case appears to be none other than former President William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton, 42nd President of the United States of America.  Miss Mahoney was known to have said that she plans on doing something about all of the women that were sexually assaulted by President Clinton.  This would certainly be in rebellion against President Clinton's desire for women to keep quiet regarding his assault of them, which included accounts of physical assault upon both men and women regarding unwanted sexual encounters by one Larry Nichols, a long-time former friend of President Clinton, who, by his own admission, assassinated people for the Clinton's (both Bill and Hilary it seems), apparently on American soil.  An interview with Mr. Nichols can be heard on Youtube in which he confesses to having assaulted and killed  people for, in his words, "The Clinton's", can be found here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWL_NBJN5cA

The other occult signature seen in the numbers is 7x6=42.  This number is associated with the Antichrist, also called the son of Satan.  This also seems to signal to members of the occult that President Clinton himself is behind the assassination of Mary Mahoney.  Mary Mahoney was known to have worked for President Clinton and said to have been sexually assaulted (not necessarily raped) by him on at least one occasion.  She is also said to have talked to a number of women who were sexually assaulted by President Clinton, including Monica Lewinsky, although she appears to have not been raped, but had sexual relations with him willingling.  Miss Lewinsky may have even played a part in the murder of Mary Mahoney, becoming friends with her so as to keep tabs on her and what she planned to do against President Clinton.

        Not so coincidentally, President Clinton has also been called Antichrist, although it is believed by me that he is not THE Antichrist.)

Just to be sure that business was brisk, Cooper told police, he visited the Starbucks that morning. By the time he parked his car in upscale Burleith and walked into the shop after closing time, the safe held more than $10,000.

Cooper announced that he was robbing the store, and he forced the three Starbucks workers into a rear office, where the safe was located. Mary Caitrin Mahoney, 25, known as Caity, was the manager on duty. The other employees were Emory Allen Evans and Aaron David Goodrich.

        (Earlier in this article Mr. Slevin gives details that suggest the other two employees, Emory Allen Evans and Aaron David Goodrich, were behind Mr. Cooper after he killed Miss Mahoney.  Yet in this statement we are led to believe that the other two were in the office with Miss Mahoney.  This adds further evidence to murder-for-hire and cover-up, one that includes Mr. Slevin.)

After Mahoney's refusal to yield the keys, the warning shot and the struggle over the keys, Cooper shot Mahoney first with one pistol, then with the other, five times in all. He remembered shooting Evans, 25, three times. The second two shots were intended "to put him out of his pain," the affidavit said. He shot Goodrich, 18, once.

A Starbucks supervisor found the bodies the next morning. McAllister said the details provided by Cooper match evidence from the crime scene. Police found a bullet in the ceiling and 10 shell casings, and the shooting pattern that Cooper described is consistent with the autopsy results, McAllister reported.

        (In not picking up the shells from the two guns, it appears as though Mr. Cooper wanted to be caught, an idea consistent with an assassination paid for by someone with a lot of money, someone like President Clinton, someone willing to take jail time to hide the deeds of another.  The use of Emory Evans' age in this section gives us a further connection to the occult.

        To an (dark) occultist, the number 5 signifies death.  The number 5 is used twice here (25=5x5), which gives us another 11, not only an occult call sign, but also a number associated with separation, sometimes meaning separation from life.  This is also seen in the murder/crucifixion of Jesus Christ in that he was 33 when he was crucified (11x3=33).  This is consistent with both the occult nature of the murder and the fact that it was a murder that was committed.

        Another connection to the occult occurs with Aaron Goodrich's age, 18.  As you may know the number 18 is sometimes arrived at by using the formula 3x6.  When you put the numbers side by side, you get 6,6,6, or 666 which is the number of the beast (Antichrist) which, in turn, points back to President Clinton.  It appears as though this murder was also done in direct defiance of the Lord Jesus, to provoke him to anger.)

Cooper, the son of a church deacon, lived with his wife and 4-year-old son in the 1200 block of Gallatin Street NE. He was arrested March 1 by Prince George's police, who charged him with attempted murder in the 1996 shooting in a Hyattsville park of Officer Bruce Howard, then off-duty.

District police got a break in the case after "America's Most Wanted" repeated an episode about the unsolved Starbucks case. A woman called with a tip, saying she was dating a man who knew Cooper. The man had told her that Cooper admitted being the Starbucks killer.

The woman wore a hidden microphone at the request of D.C. police, who recorded her conversations with her boyfriend about Cooper and the case. D.C. police also tapped Cooper's telephone, with judicial permission. With Prince George's police investigating the Howard shooting, the two departments and the FBI worked together to put Cooper under a microscope.

        (This is more fluff, details used to help fill out a story.  Even Jesus Christ used fluff on occasion when it helped him out when he spoke parables to people.  The woman that wore the microphone and the boyfriend were paid accomplices in the murder of Mary Mahoney.)

Police said earlier this month that Cooper at one point told detectives that a friend named Keith Covington joined him in the Starbucks robbery and shot the three victims. Questioned for 15 hours, Covington denied everything, took a polygraph test and passed. He was not charged.

"If I killed them, I'd say I killed them. But that's not me. I'm not saying I'm a saint, but I'm not going to go out and kill people," Covington, who grew up with Cooper in North Michigan Park, said after he was released. "You've got to be a dummy or a psycho to do something like that. That was evil."

The conclusion seems clear:  President Clinton paid Carl Cooper to kill Mary Mahoney for starting to take action against him, actions that could have gotten him removed from being President of the United States; and that President Clinton had her killed as part of an occult ritual, the use of such things being done even in the churches.

Occult forces involved here

Some occult (numerology) activities are going on here. The dates involved here are 01/29/10 - 05/17/10. This gives us a total number of days of 110! 01/29/10 - 11 is the number of destruction; 29 = 9 + 2 = 11, more destruction; 05/17/10 - 05 + 7 = 12 minus 11 = departure from divine government; the zeroes, if you place them together may symbolize eternity. This could mean eternal separation from and/or destruction of divine government, (rebellion against God Almighty). Can you say, "Satan is at work here?"
