This is a very interesting piece of information. According to Aurora police chief Dan Oates the drum found at the crime scene COULD HAVE been fired at a rate of 60 rounds a minute. Judging by the apparent tone of his voice, the drum clip COULD HAVE been used but WASN'T! Click on the link below for further info:
