Stephen T. Parente and Paul Howard, writing in USA Today, called it an open door for unprecedented "identity theft," but few are talking about the potential for ObamaCare to morph into a tool that Obamabots will use to harass, extort and intimidate you, your family members and your neighbors.
Enough is enough. It's time to tell Republican leaders in Congress: Enough of the talk, WE DEMAND REAL ACTION. It's time to force them to finally do the ONE THING IN THEIR POWER to stop ObamaCare.
Yes, Republicans have had the power to stop ObamaCare They can stop it by SIMPLY REFUSING TO FUND IT, and they don't need Harry Reid or Barack Obama to go along with them to do it.
As a matter of fact, Senator Ted Cruz and 63 Republican legislators in the House and Senate are demanding that the rest of their GOP colleagues in Congress do just that... DEFUND OBAMACARE. And these brave conservatives need our help.
The time to stop ObamaCare is now. Because, as Senator Ted Cruz warns us: "If we're going to repeal it we've got to do so now or it will remain with us forever."

Stopping ObamaCare Is Not A "Temper-Tantrum."
Senator Cruz went on to issue the following challenge: "If we want to stop this train wreck... the time to do so is now."
He went on to say: "But the only way that's going to happen is if the American grassroots... if conservatives come together and demand that of our elected officials... We don't have the votes, but if people demand it, that's going to change."
Senator Cruz has issued the challenge and we accept it.
But getting Republicans to go along and do what is right for the country isn't going to be easy. Typifying just about everything that is wrong with the so-called Republican leadership, Congressman Tom Cole took to the airwaves and said that refusing to fund ObamaCare was tantamount to a "temper-tantrum."
We not-so-respectfully disagree. What is tantamount to "temper-tantrums" are the numerous false promises by Republican leaders to do something real and meaningful to defund and repeal ObamaCare. Frankly, it's time for them to stop the "temper-tantrums" and man-up.
Erick Erickson with Red State put it eloquently: "Republicans in Congress have a choice this fall with the latest continuing resolution. They can choose to not include funding for the implementation of ObamaCare. Negotiate everything, but make that their line in the sand."
It's really that simple. Erickson adds: "Any Republican who chooses to fund Obamacare should be primaried."
Tea Party Patriots says: "Senator Mike Lee is asking Republicans who have failed to sign onto the legislation [defunding ObamaCare] why they would fund something that they wouldn't implement. This is a very important question..."
And it's a question we want you to ask right now. Call our so-called leaders on the carpet. Hold their feet to the fire. Demand an answer. If they believe ObamaCare should be repealed... if they believe that ObamaCare should not be implemented... then why in the name of all that is holy would they choose to fund it.

If You're Worried About The NSA Snooping On You...You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet.
John Fund, writing for National Review Online, says: "The Department of Health and Human Services is about to hire an army of 'patient navigators' ... These organizers will be guided by the new Federal Data Hub, which will give them access to reams of personal information compiled by federal agencies ranging from the IRS to the Department of Defense and the Veterans Administration."
Quoting the USA Today article penned by Paul Howard of the Manhattan Institute and Stephen T. Parente, a University of Minnesota finance professor, he writes: "The federal government is planning to quietly enact what could be the largest consolidation of personal data in the history of the republic."
According to James S. Robbins with Rare.us: "The purpose of the Data Hub, according to a June 2013 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, is to provide 'electronic, near real-time access to federal data' and 'access to state and third party data sources needed to verify consumer-eligibility information.'"
And just who will have access to this "Data Hub"? Robbins again: "The hub will be used on a daily basis by so-called Navigators, which according to the GAO are 'community and consumer-focused nonprofit groups...' Thousands of such people will have unfettered access to the Data Hub, but there are only sketchy guidelines on how they will be hired, trained and monitored."
You read that right. A.C.O.R.N. thugs, Planned Parenthood and other Obamabots and "community organizers" will have unrestricted access to your most personal data with little or no supervision.
Congressman Paul Ryan says: "Giving community organizers access to the Federal Data Hub is bad policy and potentially a danger to civil liberties."
Senator Orrin Hatch wrote to Obama HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius: "The standards proposed by your department could result in a convicted felon receiving federal dollars and gaining access to confidential taxpayer information." [emphasis ours]
And if you honestly believe that your most sensitive medical and financial data will be used by Obama "community organizers" simply to "navigate" people through the process of applying for ObamaCare... we've got a bridge to sell you on the cheap.
Robbins adds that "the potential for abuse is enormous" and "the Data Hub will be firmly in the hands of trusted White House loyalists. So if you think the IRS targeting Tea Party groups was bad, just wait for the Obamacare Navigators to be unleashed."
Never mind the crushing blows to our economy, never mind the fact that you'll pay more for less health care, forget the death-panels and rationing, forget the fact that ObamaCare may well destroy your livelihood...
... This latest ObamaCare "Data Hub" pill is impossible to swallow. ObamaCare must be stopped. time is running out and it's not going to die simply because people don't like it. Senator Cruz is right. We must demand it.
