Permanent Vaccine Station or Permanent Mark Station?

The end is beginning.  Vaccinations take place in hospitals and doctors' offices.  Hospitals and city governments do not reach legal agreements for "semi-permanent" vaccination stations.  This can only be considered the first of the "mark" stations, even though it is not quite here.  Yet.
