Marshall, Disney's loss is our gain — again. Last month, the entertainment goliath told its employees that they must receive the COVID-19 vaccine by October 22 or face termination. This put ESPN reporter Allison Williams in a difficult spot. Allison and her husband are trying to conceive a second child — and while the CDC says the vaccines are safe for pregnant women, Allison was reluctant to get the jab. What's more, Allison has already had COVID, which means she carries the antibodies and is largely protected from the virus. After speaking with her doctor, she decided not to get the vaccine.   But ESPN (and its parent company, Disney) does not recognize the science behind naturally-acquired immunity. They refused to offer Allison an exemption from their vaccine mandate.   So, Allison was forced to make a choice: either violate her conscience, surrender her medical freedom, and submit, or lose her dream job that she has held for 10 years.
