*** THE BIDEN GUN CONTROL OMNIBUS BILL (H.R. 7910), which includes bans on standard capacity magazines, bans on accessories, a ban on homemade guns, a young-adult gun ban and a federal lock your guns law that would allow government goons to burst into your house and "inspect for compliance" without a warrant;
*** "RED FLAG" CONFISCATION, which would allow government goons to seize every firearm you own with ZERO due process;
*** THE FEINSTEIN GUN BAN. Far worse than Bill Clinton's expired ban, which was in effect from 1994-2004, this California-style ban would outlaw 200+ specifically named rifles, shotguns and pistols for cosmetic features gun grabbers think look "scary." As Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA) wrote in a USA Today op-ed, "Ban assault weapons, buy them back, go after resisters;"
*** NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION. Flown under the guise of "expanded background checks." The gun grabbers' dirty secret is that the ONLY way such a scheme could be enforced is for our federal government to keep track of every gun and gun owner in America. And as you and I both know, registration is just the first step toward outright CONFISCATION!
*** THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE LICENSE AND REGISTRATION SCHEME, recently introduced by Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ), Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), which would require Americans to get a license from President Biden's Department of Justice before buying a firearm, effectively creating a national gun registry.
And don't think for a second that if you apply for a license, you'll get one. This is the same Department of Justice that called parents who are concerned about their kids' education potential terrorists!
