After more than seven years, the long desperate effort of the abortion industry to permanently silence and destroy David Daleiden is at last coming to a head!

I'm talking about what has been the most powerful, concerted, multi-pronged, and sustained legal attack by the abortion industry and its legal allies against any pro-life advocate in the entire history of our pro-life movement.

And the biggest update I want to share with you today is that it looks like we finally have a court date for David, with the trial call for his California criminal case scheduled for July 12!

You'll remember that this criminal case is where David is facing nine bogus felony charges, steep fines and years in state penitentiary --- all for exposing the illegal and disgusting actions of Planned Parenthood executives.

Marshall, all three of the gigantic cases against David Daleiden are now reaching a climax that may well determine not only David's future but also the future of our nation's fundamental respect for the value of life.

At last, it appears that we have a court date for David on the San Francisco Superior County Felony trial call on July 12 of this year, in the California criminal case where he faces nine false felony charges. We're still fighting tooth and nail, having just filed another petition for review in the California Supreme Court to correct a pre-trial ruling by San Francisco Trial Judge Christopher Hite.
In just a couple of months we'll file a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court appealing Judge Orrick's nationwide injunction in the National Abortion Federation (NAF's) lawsuit filed against David all the way back in July 2015, barring his publishing any more of his treasure trove of undercover videos.
We'll also be filing a second petition with the Supreme Court asking the Justices to hear our appeal of the outrageous $22 million judgment against David in Planned Parenthood's federal lawsuit.

Despite being faced with the most radically pro-abortion administration we've ever seen, we can't afford to lose any of the momentum we've built up over seven years…

…and we especially can't afford to let David down now after fighting for him so hard for so long.

But with a July court date set to start his criminal trial, we no longer have years to fundraise the millions of dollars it's going to take to give this pro-life hero the defense he needs to beat the abortion goliaths.

In fact, we're down to our final months.

We have to be prepared for a lengthy criminal trial – the judge said he expects jury selection alone to take up to six weeks.

If convicted, David will be thrown in a federal prison, his life wasted behind bars for bogus crimes drummed up by Kamala Harris and Xavier Becerra.

What's worse, all of David's videos exposing the horrors of aborted baby body part sales could be permanently banned from the public – which would be a devastating blow to the freedom of speech AND the pro-life movement.
