CBS is launching a new fleet of ships called the 'Censor'. CBS to "centralize" news coverage across local-owned stations (msn.com)
The purpose of this initiative is to allow CBS corporate to achieve greater control of the direction their company is heading. It will allow them to carefully manage coverage of newsworthy events and filter out any "bad broadcasts" (a.k.a. the truth).
