Please consider this.  Innocent people should never go to jail.       <Your Name>, thank you for patriotically supporting our Nation's Warriors. SEAL Team 2's Court-Martial was just delayed until August. I don't know whether to celebrate or sigh. Allow me to explain… The good news is, their attorneys now have four extra months to prepare an airtight case, proving once and for all that Chief Dave Swarts, Chief Xavier Silva and Petty Officer Dan D'Ambrosio are innocent. The bad news is, this means 4 extra months of legal fees...while these elite Warriors have their careers placed on hold, their families' lives put in limbo, and their honorable service dragged through the mud by career prosecutors. That's why I'm reaching out to patriots like you. Will you donate $35, $50, $100 or more to give our attorneys the ammunition they need? Together, you and I have the power to make sure these Navy SEALs are able to clear their names and continue serving our nation honorably. When the Afghan police began violently abusing detainees, Dave and his men intervened to STOP them. Now, after months of back and forth, their Court Martial postponement is bittersweet news. I'm expecting the legal fees to tally up to at least $368,480 — and that's on the low end. But with folks like you in their corner, I KNOW we have what it takes to send these heroes home.
