It is not the government's/big tech's/big pharma's business whether or not I am vaccinated. Any form of a "Vaccine Membership Drive" (and that is exactly what these door-to-door registries are) is a violation of my Constitutional rights. I am protected against unreasonable search and seizure by the United States Constitution.
