Fw: See you in court, San Jose

We weren't kidding

Dudley asked me to make sure you saw his email.

He wanted to make sure you're on board with the all-out counter-assault we just filed in court against the California gun-grabbers.

These anti-gun city officials just imposed a tax on law-abiding gun owners – the first step in their outrageous scheme for gun registration and confiscation.

And we need your help to stop it.

Can I let Dudley know you're in with a generous contribution of $150, $100, $75, $50, or even $10 TODAY?

They must have thought we were bluffing.

When the City of San Jose threatened to impose a tax on law-abiding gun owners, the response from your National Foundation for Gun Rights was crystal clear...

...Try it, and we will slap a lawsuit on you so fast it will make your head spin.

But, last night the gun grabbers in San Jose opted to proceed with their unconstitutional tax on gun owners anyway.

Well Marshall, I'm a man of my word.

Therefore, the politicians in San Jose have left us no choice but to take them to court.

Today, NFGR and the National Association for Gun Rights held a press conference in San Jose where I announced the lawsuit we filed last night against the City of San Jose on behalf of city resident Mark Sikes and NAGR's members in San Jose.

Marshall, the results of this lawsuit will certainly hold national implications.

And it is likely to be the most costly endeavor the National Foundation for Gun Rights has ever undertaken.

So Marshall, can I count on you to help NFGR and NAGR hold these California gun grabbers accountable before this madness spreads nationwide?

Please help fund our lawsuit today with your most generous donation.
