I went shopping today and noticed that my local grocery store had a limit on buying eggs. I was told by one of the employees that there was an egg shortage in effect. It appears to be real.
I find it interesting that this shortage is happening at the same time plant-based eggs, especially Eat Just, are making a name for themselves. See attachment below.
