You see, late last week the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied our petition to have Planned Parenthood's lawsuit against David Daleiden reviewed en banc.
After a three-judge panel from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Planned Parenthood, we petitioned for a review of the case by the ENTIRE bench of judges.
This would have allowed ALL of the judges on the Ninth Circuit to review the case, including many Trump-appointed conservative judges who have not yet seen it.
And if this seems like deja vu, you might be remembering that the very same thing happened a few months ago with the National Abortion Federation's (NAF) lawsuit against David.
Which means that now we're taking BOTH of these critical lawsuits to the Supreme Court.
I'll be honest with you, we have long anticipated that David Daleiden's fight against these abortion giants would end up in front of the highest court in the land…
…but preparing for this monumental case will take more dedication and effort than any case we've taken on before.
And we need your help.

The outcome of this appeal will have lasting consequences not only for David's future, but for the future of the entire pro-life movement and the rights of pro-life warriors across the nation.
Which is why, 50 years after the abortion legacy of Roe v. Wade began, we're going to ask the same Supreme Court that recently overruled Roe to hear David's case.
And we truly must move quickly: We only have 90 days to submit our appeal to SCOTUS.
