unhackable computer chip

I can't find it, but I remember probably 15 years ago, give or take five years, there was a woman that had developed an almost wafer thin hard drive for a computer that was activated by light.  This hard drive was clocked at 550 Tb (terabytes).  This "unhackable" computer chip tech is, technically, old news.  US researchers develop 'unhackable' computer chip that works on light (msn.com)
