The reverse speech (a term invented by David John Oates) heard when the recording is played backward offers more insight into what he really meant. I analyzed the interview, and based on some highlights from the transcript I made a video, uploading it to my 17Stormy17 account on YouTube.  Clinton on Kimmel - Aliens? "They are our neighbors" (reverse speech) Highlights: Fwd: Well I didn't and then I- there's also Area 51. Rev: Know we slipped there. It was costly. If they out it then they'd know. Fwd: and, but there're no aliens there. So then I, Rev: They are our neighbors. There is an alio on earth though. Deny it. Fwd: Yeah. (Kimmel: You would?) I would. So I think, look, what do we know Rev: Warn your widow. So it gets out. So what. (Kimmel) Hide. Jimmy Kimmel: Fwd: Oh, you're trying to give me a hint that there are aliens Rev: Lair all earth. Let my hybrid Nairfs bring war. Bill Clinton: Fwd: No, I'm trying to tell you I don't know Rev: Warn "one eye" loves ?ganowzna? War Fwd: that, uh, it's not like Independence Day Rev: yeah it's the Nairf - they make the Amalantrah - Bait them [Aliester Crowley - The Amalantrah Working - "Lam"] Jimmy Kimmel: Fwd: Now we have friendly aliens. Rev: It's the way of your Nairf. Afraid he whine, will. Bill Clinton: Fwd: and maybe the only way to unite this incressively(sp) divided world of ours. They're out there - we better Rev: Heard as they birth Horus. Trouble! Good have this deal this ark Fwd: by a space invader. That's the whole theory of Independence Day Rev: Whenever your Earth falls. Feather it up, and this the up-sell. Bill Clinton closes this commentary. "Think of how all the differences among people on earth would seem small if we felt threatened by a space invader. That's the whole theory of Independence Day. Everybody gets together and makes nice..." Who do you suspect might have been involved with scripting that scenario? This playbook has been around for a while. Ronald Reagan famously made the same observation when addressing the United Nations General Assembly, September 21, 1987. "Cannot swords be turned to plowshares? Can we and all nations not live in peace? In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?" When disclosure is official, the "alien" presence will be undeniable. Will Bill be on hand and actively involved in that day? Watch and see.
