Lies, Lies, Lies
Once again, the illustrious POTUS, Barky Insane O'Bummer, has lied to the citizens of the United States. And what a whopper this lie is:
"ISIL is not Islamic. No religion condones the killing of innocents. And ISIL is certainly not a state."

Only a moron could make such a statement: "ISIL is not Islamic. And ISIL is certainly not a state."

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant is Islamic.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) propaganda defines them as Islamic.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) is actively recruiting other Muslims.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) forces behead and crucify those who oppose their beliefs.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) is trying to overthrow the Iraqi, Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, and Hamas/Hezbollah governments.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) is part of a larger radical Islamist offensive that is attacking Muslims, Christians and Jews.
ISIL (ISIS / IS) is training foreign fighters to infiltrate and overthrow Europe, and also the United States.

Only a moron could make such a statement: "No religion condones the killing of innocents."
Here are some of the grisly passages from the Quran:

Quran 2:191 – "Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them."
Quran 5:33 – "Maim and crucify the infidels if they criticize Islam"
Quran 8:12 – "Terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur'an."
Quran 8:60 – "Muster all weapons to terrorize the infidels."
Quran 9:30 – "The Jews and the Christians are perverts fight them."
Quran 9:5 – "When opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you catch them."
Quran 9:123 – "Make war on the infidels living in your neighborhood."
Quran 22:19 – "Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water melt their skin and bellies."

Conclusion
Only a moron could make statements like the ones the POTUS made on September 10, 2014. O'Bummer continues to lie to the citizens of the United States. How much longer will its citizens put up with his incompetence? How much longer will its citizens put up with the endless lies about Obamacare, his blindness as ISIL (ISIS / IS) runs roughshod over Syria, Iraq and other nations? How much longer will the citizens of the United States allow armies of illegal immigrants streaming over their borders with missions no one could possibly guess? Perhaps until the United States has been thoroughly destroyed? I pray not.
